On September 18, 2017, Ventures Motor Freight LLC delivered a load to Costco Atlanta Dry #262 at 4250 S. Fulton Parkway in College Park, GA. 30349. The load was baking goods originating from CSM Bakery Products at 6325 South Gateway Blvd. in Elyria, OH. 44035.
The pickup numbers were 0001551702, 0001551703, and 0001551704.
The delivery numbers were 2620906731, 2620906732, and 2620906733.
The number 0080645816 was also referenced.
The drivers recalls the delivery being made without any damages or shorts and 4 pages of bill of ladings being returned with the Costco Received Stamp on the final page. Currently we can only locate 2 pages of the bill of ladings, neither of them containing the Costco Received Stamp. Could you please send us a copy of all 4 pages of the bill of ladings with the Costco Received Stamp to this email or tell us how else we may acquire copies of this paperwork. If there is anything you may need from our end, please let us know.
