Work and release is the most essential act to carry out the machining to keep the job in the correct position. To release the job quickly and keep the job rigidly. To avoid vibration of the work while performing the machining We are using mechanical devices of work clamping. In this project we are dealing with the pneumatic winch used in the drilling machine in the pneumatic vice type one end of the piston rod is connected to the movable jaw and the piston slides in the cylinder. Here the air drives the movement of the piston, this in turn drives the movable jaw. Here the main movement is only an alternative movement.
WORKING
Compressor The compressor works best when there is no air pressure in the system to resist the pump. As the pressure increases, the compressor works longer to get more air under pressure in the system. The table shows that when the system is initially empty, the compressor can move a lot of air, but as the pressure increases, the compressor takes longer and longer to fill more air.
