Downloading materials can be done in all three directions. This is very useful in the shipping industry. We are choosing this project for the diminution of man's strength and time. The combination of pneumatics and microcontrollers can be seen in our project. We have chosen this project for the various attractions of pneumatics.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The compressed air is used to activate the pneumatic cylinder, when the valve is activated, the direction of the air flow is controlled. The modern three-axle pneumatic trailer is placed on a moving tray. The installation consists of a pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve, 360 degree rotating wheel and a tray to elevate the purpose. The moving tray consists of a DC motor to rotate the trailer. A worm gear arrangement is used with the motor for the purpose of rotation. The pneumatic cylinder is fixed with the lifting plate. When the cylinder is operated, the tray is lifted up to a certain height. This can be done by compressed air as stated above. The 360 degree rotating wheel is used to rotate to the required direction. The engine is used to rotate the entire trailer. The motor can be stopped after a certain turn using the supplied keypad. The above operations are controlled by the microcontroller.
