Sir,
I need details on project Pneumatic Bending/Bend Removing Machine. It would be very helpful if you could send it to me.

The world is focusing on automation. Each human work is reduced by one machine, but few areas such as construction the use of machines for bending rods for stirrups that are used to support loads on beams and columns are not made per machine because the machine cost is high and needs work Qualified to operate it. So this project is intended to do the bending operation for stirrups using hydraulics and referred to as a hydraulic rod bending machine. The main objective of our project is to implement the hydraulic rod bender in the construction sites with a lower cost compared to the existing bending machines and increase the productivity of the stirrups. Hydraulic stem bender consists of double-acting cylinder, P-40 steering control valve, hoses, motor, pump, rack and pinion, free wheel, accessory. The stem is bent by the piston of the hydraulic cylinder keeping the rod in the fitting. The main advantage of our project is that the square shape of the stirrups is bent continuously without repositioning the rod in the machine.
The main parts of this project are Cylinder, Piston, work platform platform levers, etc.... It consists of two cylinders connected by a pipe. The cross-sectional area of one cylinder is ten times greater than the other. The hydraulic oil, the piston and the rings are placed inside the two cylinders. The user can apply force on the large cylinder (Conductor) and may surpass the force of the small cylinder (Impulse). A metal piece in flat form is connected to the piston in the Driven cylinder. Just below the metal piece, a work piece platform is fixed. The workpiece to be bent or folded is placed between the metal part and the workpiece platform. When the user presses the piston on the cylinder of the engine with a certain force, a force ten times greater is supervened in the driven cylinder. The piston in the driven cylinder is moved downwards by pressing the workpiece. Thus, the user can bend or remove the curve in a metal with little effort.
