The hardware design and PLC program are given in details, which reach the exact position and the fixed length cut by the stepper motor through PLC control. In addition, the system configuration simulation is performed by the King View software application. The control system has multiple modes of operation, high reliability, stability and is able to meet the variety of different job requirements. The automatic control of the cutting plates is achieved. The control system applies to real projects and can greatly improve productivity.
