i am searching for circut diagram of microcontroller based pick and place robot.
please suggest me websites or information related this.

A robot pick and place is the one used to pick up an object and place it in the desired location. It can be a robot to provide a cylindrical movement in horizontal, vertical and rotating axes, a spherical robot providing two rotation and linear motion, an articulated robot or a scara robot (fixed robots with 3 vertical axes rotating arms).

Advantages

Before moving on, let's look at some reasons why robots are preferred for selection and placement:

• They are faster and can do the job in seconds compared to their human counterparts.

• They are flexible and have the proper design.

• They are accurate.

• They increase the safety of the work environment and never really get tired.

Parts of a Robot Pick N Place

• A Rover: It is the main body of the robot consisting of several rigid bodies such as a cylinder or a sphere, joints and links. It is also known as a manipulator.

• End Effector: The body is connected to the last articulation of the rover that is used for the purpose of grasping or manipulating objects. It may be an analogy to the arm of a human being.

• Actuators: They are the impellers of the robot. It really activates the robot. It can be any motor as a servomotor, stepper motor or pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

• Sensors: Used to detect the internal as well as the external state to ensure that the robot operates smoothly as a whole. Sensors include touch sensors, IR sensors, etc.

• Controller: It is used to control the actuators based on the feedback of the sensor and therefore to control the movement of each and every set and, finally, the movement of the end effector.
