Howard Lower CPP of Lower Photography and Studio, Rochester, Minnesota joins prestigious group as a Certified Professional Photographer earning designation from Professional Photographers of America (PPA) by completing an intensive program that measures his artistic and technical competence. Certification requires Howard must have his CPP status renewed on a periodic basis, ensuring continued confidence in the professionalism of Certified Professional Photographers.

Howard states that after 28 years of being a full time, professionally recognized lifetime member of PPA working out of Rochester, Minnesota area, That it was time to be a CPP. Why? When we first started our business there were at most two full time studios in town. Today, most are part time. Our studio is a peaceful, homey environment designed to blend into our wonderful neighborhood and includes a beautiful outside Portrait Park. We want you happy and at peace in our studio and with the process. My job is to stay current for our client’s sake, and to do, as you want, but better than you expect! We guarantee our clients satisfaction.
