Punching pneumatic helps to make the hole in sheet metal by using compressed air. The pneumatic actuators controlled the power to the punch, so the Operator must provide a modest effort regardless of the conditions. The pneumatic drilling machine helps to drill the hole in various sizes by changing tool. In addition, the pneumatic punch provides some feedback of the forces acting on the blade and the hole can be made of sheet metal.
The pneumatic hole punching machine is reduce effort to the operator. Operator Needs Much Less Effort.
Compressed air pneumatic drilling machine. Pneumatic clamp has pneumatic cylinder, 5/2 flow control hand lever valve.
A pneumatic drilling machine is always a better choice than a hydraulic drilling machine for the production of similar products if it is suitable for the method. It is comparatively more economical for the production of large quantities of products, since it uses compressed air instead of some hydraulic fluid that is quite expensive. A pneumatic punching machine uses compressed air to generate high pressure to be applied on the piston. A solenoid valve controls the directional flow of air into and out of the cylinder. The polyurethane tubes are used for the transmission of pressure from the pneumatic cylinder to the punch assembly. The high pressure air supplied to the punch forces it on the material and when the punch descends on the sheet, the pressure exerted by the punch first causes the plastic deformation of the sheet. Since the space between the punch and the die is very small, the plastic deformation occurs in a localized area and the sheet material adjacent the cutting edges of the die and die edges becomes highly stressed, causing The fracture starts on both sides of the blade as the deformation progresses.
