Automatic system for cleaning and control of drainage water Using the automatic mechanism proposed to overcome problems in real time. With the continued expansion of industries, the problem of wastewater must be urgently solved due to the growing problem of wastewater from industries in the surrounding environment. Waste and gases produced by industries are very harmful to humans and the environment. Our proposed system is to clean and control the drainage level using auto mechanism technique. Automatic mechanism is the main control unit and drainage level is monitored by municipal. In this system we use motor, chain, driver, hub, frame.
Cleaning of drains / canals has always been a problem. The cleaning jobs of the gutters and drains seem unethical and also leads to a high risk of catching infections or poisoning due to large amounts of wastes / chemicals in them. Also the release of bottles / plastics and other objects of this type in the gutters leads to a narrowing and eventually to a blockage in the flow of the channel. This leads to overflowing in many cases. So here we offer a fully automated drain channel cleaning system to deal with these problems of modern gutter jams. Our system uses an automated drain / drain cleaning system that allows fluids to flow through it, but it catches large solid waste like bottles and plastic and accumulates it. Therefore, gutter cleaners only need to clean these duct cleaning systems installed at the dots instead of cleaning entire channel floors.
Our system consists of jaws of metal teeth waiting at the bottom of the mechanism. It is mounted in a frame to hold the system upright in the gutter. The vertical frame frame is used to let the liquid flow but trap all solid waste. The mechanism consists of a filter basket at the top of it. After certain intervals of time, the jaw is raised using a motorized shaft which is connected by a chain to the jaws. It then reaches the top and is turned upside down to dump the solid waste. Now, after throwing away the debris, the motor rotates again to bring the jaw back to the lower position to pick up more debris. The system is a very efficient way of cleaning the gutters and drains and also requires very low energy since it will only turn once or twice a day to empty the solid waste.
