A circuit breaker with the help of a password only. A keyboard is connected to the project to enter the password. Fatal electric accidents to men of line are increasing during the repair of the power line due to the lack of communication and coordination between the maintenance personnel and the personnel of the electrical substation. This proposed system provides a solution, which can ensure the safety of maintenance personnel, eg. Man of the line The control to activate / deactivate the line rests only in the man of line. This system has such an arrangement that a password is required to operate the circuit breaker (ON / OFF). Line man can turn off the supply and comfortably repair it, and return to the substation, then turn the line by entering the correct password.
The system is fully controlled by an 8051 microcontroller. An array keyboard is connected to the microcontroller to enter the password. The entered password is compared to the password stored in the ROM of the microcontroller. If the entered password is correct, only the line can be turned on / off. Circuit breaker activation / deactivation is indicated by a lamp (ON / OFF). In addition, the project can be improved by using an EEPROM for the user to change the password of a more secure system. You can also connect with a GSM modem to remotely control the electronic switch via SMS.
