Situational Judgement Test
The Nestlé Situational Strengths Test (SJT) is the first test that you will be presented with should your application be successful.
The purpose of the SJT is to test your reactions and approaches to certain real life scenarios; often they will be real scenarios that you may be faced with during your time at Nestlé. Online Numerical Reasoning Test
By successfully passing the situational judgement test, you will then be asked to complete the Nestlé online numerical reasoning test. If you have applied for an engineering position then you will also need to complete a logical reasoning test.
These tests are supplied by Saville. These tests are very similar in structure to our numerical reasoning tests and the Nestlé logical reasoning test is very similar to our diagrammatic reasoning test. By practicing for these tests with JobTestPrep, you can be prepared for the tests that Nestlé will ask you to complete. Practicing these tests is not only recommended but necessary as you have to use different skills than you have had to in the past. In fact, once you fully understand the logic behind these tests, your ability to outperform other candidates will be there for all to see.
