STMicroelectronics STP80NF55-08 is a 55 V N N-channel STripFET II MOSFET in TO-220 package. This power MOSFET designed in a single process based on single feature size stripes, the resulting transistor shows extremely high packaging density for low state resistance, steep avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps. Applicable in switching applications.
• Empty the supply voltage (Vds) of 55V
• Input voltage to the source of ± 20V
• Continuous drain current (Id) of 80A
• Power dissipation (Pd) of 300W
• Low resistance to the state of 6,5mohm in Vgs 10V
• Operating temperature range of -55 ° C to 175 ° C
