SUMMARY
In the current system of tender lots of paperwork is involved. the system is based on a system of manual a lot, which is a very time consuming process. No relevant records available, which leads to difficulty in manual report generation. People who are interested in the tender have to travel long distances to gather in a common place. Also manual work is always prone to errors and mistakes in such a system can have pretty nasty effects.
All of the above issues would be addressed in the online Competition management system. Companies wishing to enter your tender must register online through the Web site. After the incorporation of the company adds various items that need company in accordance with its requirements. Now, when a customer comes to your site, it registers itself and can view different tender. Thus, you can now apply to tenders which they occupy different parts needed.
The company opens the tenders and choose from all the tenders after the deadline is over. All tenders are displayed on the Web site, leading to transparency between customers and the company.
The development of this project, I have studied the software concepts, the details of technical language that the test questions, fix bugs, and mobile applications.
I started with a study of the existing system, and then attach a indicating the specifications needed for the new developed system. Later, I focused more on the details of the coding. After coding was complete, thorough testing is performed to test the system.

ASP.NET:
ASP.NET is a technology that allows you to create and manage dynamic Web pages easily. It also provides lots of improvements to take advantage of new technology, how we can interact with databases, personalize Web pages for visitors, display the page on mobile devices (e.g. mobile phones), and even build an entire e-commerce site from scratch.
Previously Internet-works on request/response model that is an integral part of client/server model. Although this is a wonderful way of communicating and disseminating information, it's pretty simple and static. When the process is over, as soon as the client receives the requested page from the server, the server does not have the slightest idea what the client is doing, if he does not make a new request.
There is another model for communication between the server and clients, known as event-driven model.ASP.NET work on this model, it detects and responds to the action that the server is waiting around for something on the client side. Once this happens, the server accepts the measures and implements some functionality. Of course, the Web server may not know what you think, but he can respond to your actions. If you enter some text on a Web page, the server responds to it. If you click the image, the server responds.
