Currently, it does not have a captive delivery arm and relies on third-party logistics. The City-based e-commerce firm, which raised about $1 billion last year, including $627 million from Japan's SoftBank, has been scouting for acquisitions in mobile technology and supply chain space.
The total sale of products Snapdeal has touched Rs 2000 crore ($310 million) in the fiscal year 2013-14. In June 2014, Snapdeal had achieved the milestone of 1,000 sellers on its platform rasing the sales number upto Rs 1 crore.
