This project is entitled as “Apartment Management and Booking System”. The data will be furnished in data grid for admin information retrieval. Data can be produced in graph and charts.
The main objective of this project is to develop a window based application to manage a super build apartment for customer booking, Paying advance, delivering the apartment and etc. Generally there is no specific application or software is available for managing an apartment for booking and delivery, so that here we planned to develop an application for managing all the above mention details in proper manner with specified database.
According to the existing system, there is no specific application. The main aim of this project is to computerized all the manual work in to a systematic process along with a specific database. Generally after the construction of the apartment, flats will be ready to sale. The main confusion will be occurring during the time of booking and paying advance. There may be chances for wrong commitment and over booking for the flats. Generally an apartment consists of:
• 1 BHK Flat
• 2 BHK Flat
• 3 BHK flat
Initially all the flat details and other details will be uploaded in the data base. There is a module for customer creation. At the time of advance the corresponding flat will be booked in the customer’s name along with the flat number. After paying the entire amount, the transaction will be getting finalized and flat will be delivered to the customer. In case of a customer booked a flat, when another customer also requesting for that flat means, system will not allow the new customer to book the flat. In case of cancelling the booking of the existing customer will allow the new customer can book the flat.
Here all the wrong commitments will be over came. So there are no confusions for the admin to book their flats.

The booked and available flats details can be furnished in the data report. All the sales transaction details will be available in the sales report. All the reports can be downloadable also available in printable format. So that admin can easily view the details along with their payment details. There are basically five modules available in this project, each module works with more efficient functionalities and efficient outputs
