The actual application decreases the overheads that exist on the job schedules among the faculties and the administration. The portal helps in adjusting and arranging the operational standards in the maintenance of information related to their students and examinations, the faculties and their assigned job. The administrators on handle all the operational based information with respect to the transactional state that may arise in complementing the application procedures that take place while the system is functioning.

Generating the required reports as per the operational requirements becomes much easier and information availability at the hand. The module also integrates itself to the examination details that have been declared upon the system for its functionalities. The module also integrates itself to the examination results of the student who has attempted the examination.
Students Fee Payment Module: This module manages all that information regarding the fee payments of the students and their status with respect to different fee payments. It also integrates to the studentâ„¢s examination and any other specific modules where it is relevant.
Assignments & Question papers Module: This module manages the information related to all the assignments and question papers that are designed by the faculties. The module also takes care of the answers for these questionnaires.
Notes management module: The module maintains the information related to the notes that is prescribed and managed by the faculties. The note is available to the students who are registered within the university.
