Online Bus Ticket Reservation System is a Windows-based application that works within the centralized network. The "Online Bus Reservation System" software program offers a bus transportation system, a reserved seating facility, cancellation of seats and different types of consultation that require an instant and quick reservation. OBTRS is built to manage and computerize the traditional database, booking tickets and tracking buses and easy travel. It allows the availability of counter employee check bus ticket and make reservation in particular customer. Maintains all employee data, users, bus details, booking details, booking details, customer details. The default user name is admin and the password is root.

SRC Travel Agencies is a national privatized transportation company that manages vehicles throughout the country. They have several branches in different parts of the country, so that they can provide transportation facilities between places. They want an online application to be developed, where details of reservations made and the customer will be updated from time to time and one can track the details of the available seats immediately. Problem statement: Customers have to go to the counter to buy a bus ticket OR request a bus schedule. Customers need to pay cash when they buy bus tickets and sometimes need to queue for hours to get bustickets. In addition to that, customers are also not allowed to buy bus tickets over the phone because the bus company's phone line is always busy.
