ABSTRACT
As the name “OIL FILTERATION SYSTEM” itself suggest that this machine we used for filtration of used oil.
DEFINATION:-Used oil is defined as any oil that has been refined from crude oil,or any synthetic oil ,that has been used and as a result of such use is contaminated by physical or chemical impurities.This is small equipment based on magnetic effect.This machine removed all type lubrication solid contaminant above 10 micron.This machine consists of various units such as wire mesh filteration unit,magnetic unit,water separation unit which have its own function.
Oil filteration machine removed moisture to stop the process of acid formation and keep it super clean;therefore this oil will be continued for more than its general life cycle.A hydraulic fluid purifier is a small portable electrically powered system designed to recondition hydraulic fluid up to condition that can be successfully reused in vehicles,machine and support equipments. Purification of hydraulics fluid results in significant cost avoidance by decreasing hazardous waste disposal and minimizing the amount of hydraulic fluids purchased. Hydraulic oil filteration machine remove particulates,water contaminants using 3 micron absolute filters as well as mixed water using water removing unit.
