PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
This is a complex project is the addition of new staff physicians accept outpatient, recording meetings, etc., the project also shows services provided on an outpatient basis. This project is all about the student's character and leadership. This project is the management of student details, including personal, academic, and providing a list of grades in college. This program also provides instant details needed in the management of student character. It also ensures, in which it is located.

WELCOME TO THE INTERFACE:
In the welcome interface, it includes only progresses, hints that the administrator is in control.
Interface:
In the login interface, we give permission to the user to get in.
MDI main interface:
Multiple document interface provides the primary screen for all programmatic management of the actions, present in program management. It contains a menu bar, a list of which handling Forms control.
INTERFACE:
The interface of the program contains basic accessories that are required for some basic operations.
DR. INTERFACE:
This interface gives us the means, such as viewing details of a doctor including his/her identity, qualification and specialization, address, etc.. He also displayed a list of doctors present in the various departments. We can search for a doctor by his ID, and then view its details. This interface alsor provides us with the means to add new physicians.
THE INTERFACE:
This interface gives us the means, such as an employee's view details including his/her ID, address, qualifications and so on. It also displays a list of employees in various departments. We can search for an employee's ID, and then view its details. This interface also provides us with the means to add new staff.
Ward Interface:
This interface provides us with details on the wards and patients in these wards is wearing.
OUT-PATIENT INTERFACE:
This interface gives us information about outpatients, for what they are, meeting with the doctor, the details of the Bill, the time when they are in others.
SERVICE INTERFACE:
This interface gives us information about the services available at the hospital, where they are scheduled to be open, and admin InCharge.
Features:
The basic functionality of the hospital management system are:
1. It provides a simple way to control for the administrator.
2. Highly defined by the user.
3. The details about doctors, staff, patients can be maintained and controlled in the form of a database.
Performance level:
In terms of performance, this system enables the user (Administrator) to manage details about doctors, staff, patients in great user in a certain way. In addition to managing it also feeds to the user. It also provides the basic accessories for the user (Administrator). This project is completely user friendly.
Data structures:
Data related to the various fields are aligned in the database as tables. Oracle is used as a database. All the details of the control system is maintained in a database and can be accessed when needed.
SECURITY:
1. people can enter only when he/she enters the correct user name and password, except that the new user can register himself/herself.
Reliability:
Reliability is very concerned about the quality of the user experience. For reliability, it ensures user satisfaction cent percent. It meets all possible requirements. Data is provided, and, thus, provides greater reliability.
Security and privacy:
Proper security and privacy has been used to create this project. Authentication main motive must be preceded by further processes. Corruption of a database and software is not possible by any means.
QUALITY:
The most user-friendly software, Visual Basic is used to build this project. This software is tested for its work in exceptional conditions. Different signs used in this Projet enhances the quality of the project. Each module individually serves its purpose and ultimately ensures a quality product.
Restrictions and limitations:
In addition to all the quality characteristics, the loss of data in the database, affects the entire system. Visual Basic also not the right platform for the work, when compared with other software in the upcoming technology trends
