As technology advances, information in different organizations in Bangladesh can not be maintained manually. There is a growing need for information to be computerized so that it can be stored properly. This is where databases come into the picture. Databases are convenient storage systems that can store large amounts of data and along with application programs such as interfaces that can aid in faster retrieval of data. An initiative was undertaken to design a complete system of databases for hospital management such as the Bangladesh Research Institute and diabetes rehabilitation, endocrine and metabolic disorders (BIRDEM) in Dhaka so that their information can be stored, maintained, updated And recovered conveniently and efficiently. The existing information in BIRDEM is partly computerized through databases only in the admissions of patients, medical appointments and medical tests and sections of reports. A somewhat slow and tedious manual system still exists in BIRDEM, for example, in the registry of ambulances in the service, the assignment of room boys and nurses to the rooms, the billing process and the registration of prescriptions of the Doctors, etcetera. The entire BIRDEM hospital where maintenance and data recovery are in perfect harmony and speed.
Hospital is a charity worldwide that plays a vital role for humans to cure various diseases and the demand for hospitalization increases day by day. This is the reason why the major components of the hospital are involved with various related activities, including patient admission, physician information, diagnosis and pathology information and managing employee records. To replace the existing manual patient admission process, diagnostic report management and management of employees using NLT for this system with a complete and automated management information system, Hospital Management System (HMS) has been entered. The HMSprovides ready information on patient admission, drug list, drug response and payments, diagnosis and pathology report, daily cash transaction and scheduling and employee control system. Throughout the design and implementation phases of the development process, NLTi.e. English Query (EQ) has adopted that provides commands, statements, questions and phrasingsystem in building Entity-Relationship (ER) and Phrase-Entity-Relationship.EQ diagram interprets English questions and statements as commands to display a dataset. The essential characteristics of the architecture and the relationship of NLT and EQ System between the Semantic object and the Database object are analyzed in the following sections
