The project entited News Portal aims at establishing a comprehensive portal for providing news.This portal is an organized conduit and online,for providing up-to-date news information on the Internet.The portal will consist of sections addressing different information needs.It informs,provides extensive resources,and services online for the general public.It provides a vast range of new opportunities for feedback,customization of content,instant publishing,(hyper)linking,articles etc. It is concerned with the development of a system that is simple and easy to use yet a powerful web application for sharing,managing and controlling the news items in a secured manner.Â
The main facilities of this project are:
Provision for Dynamic linking
Ability to read news items posted in a chronological manner.
Ability to post feedback,,write articles,etc.
Provision for uploading multiple news using single XML file.
Ability to search through published news based on date of publish,place or word
Provision for users to mail news contents
Provision for online reservation and and search different jobsites.
Provision for viewing different Games,Jokes and Articles.
