This article describes about STEG_NGBSP (Steganography/Neuro-Genetic based Speech Processing) using a technique called Steganography that inherits some features of Cryptography in such a way, that the information is encrypted as well as hidden. Cryptography is the art of writing secret information in such a way that no one can understand except the intended viewer. It provides privacy, integrity and authenticity.Concept of null ciphers, which are extracted from the speech signal of a Bengali speaker using Neuro – Genetic approach,is adopted.The Speech signal is processed and then veiled with an image.Every image is decrypted at the receivers end using the master image – voiced frame, in which the speech data is covered by another image.Abouvesaid technique is capable of handling the security measures from Steganalysis.Hence,it helps in promoting global cyber security and bridging the gap between the computer and the user with more security through Natural Language Processing.The major drawback of cryptography is that ,it cannot hide datas.hence,a new technology called stenography is introduced.Secret message is hidden in another message,in this technology.Hence,unless the master image – voiced frame is found,no one can decode the message.Master image has five fields-FrmNo, FrmSeq, ImgparBG, ImgparFG
and Vpara.FrmNo-primary key,for keeping the track of the frame number.FrmSeq-secondary key ,maintains the frame sequence.ImgparBG-holds the details of the backgroundimage.ImgparFG-holds details of foreground image.Vpara-holds the various
parameters extracted after speech processing.
