IBM researchers have used MRI techniques to view nanoscale("Nanoscale" means anything smaller than 100 nm.) objects, ie microscopes can able to image individual atoms in 3D.They Were combined ultrasensitive magnetic resonance force microscopy (MRFM) with 3D image reconstruction to achieve magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with resolution <10 nm.and the image reconstruction converts measured magnetic force data into a 3D map of nuclear spin density
