The State government has empowered Nada Kacheri offices in the hoblis to issue eligibility certificates to residents of Hyderabad-Karnataka region under Article 371-J. Applicants have to submit an application with relevant documents. The revenue officer has 30 days to issue the certificates. They will bear a digital signature of the officer concerned. These certificates can be used for seeking reservation benefits in admission to education institutions and public employment.
