My mother in law  applied for family tree application manually . Certificate generated with wrong information of my brother in law.  We cant change information online . When visited local office in harihar they asking bring xerox copy of application we had given which we dont have it.

If that the is case what use of user verification ? It was the error by person who has entered the in system.
