Karnataka Soaps & Detergents Ltd., has introduced a Student Hygiene Kit on behalf of "Suchi Sambhrama", to meet the needs of students of the hostel belonging to the Department of Social Welfare, Institutions Morarji Desai and Institutions Navodaya. This kit has been supplied since 1994. It initially started with a Mysore Sandal soap 75g and a Mysore 150g detergent cake. As it gained popularity and in order to give more benefits to students going to the hostel, it is currently designed exclusively as Suchi Sambrama Mysore Sandal Kit or Wave Kit.
