Aven antha anju rand thottu paarthu vittu sonnan " kadavulay unakku nanri, aanaal inimale neeyeh neril vanthu panam kodu, vehru oru manithan idam koduththaal aven paathyai eduththuk kondu, anju rand mattumeh koduthiraar" enraan.

English meaning of the Story

In front of a temple, a beggar was begging for alms, He was blind. He asked God loudly, "O God, please give me Ten Rands only, that should be enough for me.

At that time another man heard this request to God by the blind man. This man wanted to help him, but he had only five Rands with him. The man gave it to the beggar. He thought that the beggar would be happy.

The beggar being blind felt the coin with his hands and said to God.

"O God, I thank you very much for the donation. But in future, you must come in person and give me the money. If you send it through another man, he takes half the amount and gives me the balance of five Rands only. The man who gave the money was shocked.
