mobloquer - iptables: Chail already exists

After my most recent update of mobloquer, whenever I attempt to start it I get the message "Inserting iptables...iptables: Chain already exists"
"...fail!"

I'm not sure what to do about this, or what's causing it, and any assistance would be very much appreciated.
