The mobile assistance system has been built to eliminate wasted time and effort in attending schools and colleges. It also greatly reduces the amount of paper resources required in the management of attendance data. This is an application for Android android. It is built to be used for college / university faculty so they can take student attendance on their phones.
The system is divided into the following modules:
• Creation of the Student Attendance List: Once this Application is installed on a telephone, it allows the user to create a student attendance sheet consisting of name, roll number, date, Absent / Present mark, and subject. You must fill out the names of the students along with the associated roll numbers.
• Attendance Marking: The faculty has the list on your phone now. You can view the list of call roll numbers and select the absentee number if the student is absent or select present if the student is present.
• Attendance storage: This data is now stored on the faculty mobile phone. The faculty can also view it at any time on your phone.
• Transfer of the attendance sheet: The faculty can transfer the file to a server (normal computer) through a Bluetooth connection where this data can be stored and maintained by the school or the university.
