Abstract
Assignment of task/work by one individual to the members is a usual activity in any organization with collaborative nature. Sine he/she will have to receive many such jobs, it is required that they should manage and organize their work properly. Examples: todayâ„¢s work, pending work, work completed, work assigned to others etc.. To exchange instant information, say, to assign new work, inform the work assigner about the work acceptance, work completion status etc. is also common in such scenario. This project aims at implementing a desktop assistant which helps in instant information transfer and management assistant where the information focuses the workout. The tool being developed is a general purpose one which could be useful in any organization, which has the collaborative nature. A department in a university could be a typical example
