Central locking system
I purchased new Alto car on 29-7-2016 and got installed central locking system through M/s.Car Rhymes. I made a blunder mistake to install Minda Central locking system. The main complaints :
1. I was given two remotes. Only one works.
2. After about 1-1/2 year the system stopped working. The call of complaint was attended and fault was rectified but with a suggestion that you repair it yourself from next time as you have seen that how the fault can be removed.
3. I used to repair it in the next 6 months. But when it permanently stopped working, I called for repair. The call was attended but I was asked to pay for the part by the company's representative. But on my request he waived of f the charges.
4. In May 2016, i.e. after 2 years and 10 months of installation, it totally stopped working. I made a call at 9310652128. He suggested me to call Mr. Viki (his mobile no.9313427593). I called him and he suggested to wait for the part to be replaced. Mr..Viki never visited and checked my car to know that what was fault. Since may 2016 I have been making calls (almost after every 2-3 days) to repair it but no body is interested in repairing it.
