The existing system is also computerized. But it is a separate computer system application. So, in each branch we have to install the software and maintain an individual database to track the errors that occurred in that branch. In the end, it is very difficult to keep track of all errors that have occurred in all branches. It takes a lot of time and it is a risky process to collect all the errors of each branch and control them and make decisions about the data collected about the errors.
