Start Excel from the Start Menu
Create a program shortcut from the Start menu to the desktop for Excel
The new shortcut icon is added to desktop
Arrange or Switch Between Windows
Click the View tab. Click Switch Windows, and then click the workbook name you want
Click an arrange window option:
Tiled, Horizontal, Vertical, or Cascade, and then click OK.
Click New Window to open a new window containing a view of the current workbook
Compare Windows Side By Side
Click the View tab. Click View Side By Side to compare two worksheets vertically.
