Interview Questions:
1) what is the diagnosis?
Condition is installed after the study, to be the main culprit, causing the patient's admission to hospital for medical treatment.
2) what is the modifier?
. To specify that the service or procedure that was performed and was modified in some circumstances, but has not changed in its definition or code.
3) what is the total modifier is used in an emergency?
. 25 (hospital and physician Coding) and 27 (hospital Coding)
4 62) what is the Modifier?

5) sulphuric Cork?
