With the introduction of the biometric system, things have become more systematic and uncomplicated in many areas of life, and maintaining attendance is also one of the positives affect. Automated fingerprint-based assistance system has replaced annoying manual records in many organizations. Fingerprint Assist System prevents fraud recording of working hours that otherwise employed employees would do with the manual paper assist system. It also keeps track of the requested vacation through the fingerprint attendance machine.
The fingerprint attendance machine has a reader that scans finger prints of employees and determines if they are identical to previously stored records. If found to be identical, the attendance criteria for verified employees are maintained accordingly.
It has a Visual Basic.Net 2008 front-end and MS Access as a back-end. Also install the GrFinger software for the fingerprint controller.

- Save the fingerprint and the image in the database
- Recognize the fingerprint during the attendance
- Add employee information
- Employee Assistance
- Employee assistance comments such as afternoon and overtime
