At present, digital life images are available everywhere and it is very easy to manipulate these digital images by using powerful editing software. Many people now add, trim, or delete important features of an image without leaving any proof of fake images. There are many techniques used to detect forgeries. One of the techniques most used is copy-move counterfeiting in which to copy a part of the image and paste it in the same image to hide some data or part of an image and another technique more commonly used is estag-analysis in which some message is Hidden within the image that is not easily possible to see with naked human eye. In this article we look for the problem of detecting the falsification and we describe the method of robust detection. This method successfully detects the forged part even when editing the copied area to combine it with the background of an image and even if the forged image is saved in the JPEG format.
