This system is a cloud-based system to manage the daily activities of any cooperative housing society. require coordination between the respective management companies, together with the providers providing these services, so that adequate convenience can be provided. The main functionality of this project is that there is an online billing and accounting (integration of payment gateway, tracking of income and expenses, etc.). In this system invoices, receipts and vouchers are created easily also the system is easy to use .

As we are all aware of the current management system of the housing society that is handled manually. Data is stored in the files and data processing is done manually and reporting is slow. The required data can not be accessed quickly. The data is stored in multiple records so that linking between them becomes difficult. Voting takes place in society for various appointments such as secretary, treasurer, president, etc. Members must be present on the site for voting. For some reasons, some members may not be present and voting. Our proposed system has an online voting feature that will provide access to members at any time in any place. Booking a room to hold in a society was a difficult job as the details were on paper and were only accessible to the authority that can create confusion when more than one people want to hold in the same room. This software system generates maintenance invoices automatically and manually. Generate billing for all members with a single click. In this system the invoices can be generated as per multiple of months, ie, monthly or annually, the invoice day can be assigned. This software focuses primarily on banknote generation, while our system consists of several other characteristics of society that are the exact replica of actual events in society.
