Mang. Is the key function of organisation.it is nothing but the getting things done by other people with the help of optimum resources to achived desired goals.
Mang. Is a science with a systematic content of knowledge and its principals are based on the basis of observation.
Every job has managertial element in it.
Mang. Is not necessaily a matter of seniority and salary but it is the need of effective work of org.

Whereas ADMINISTRATOR works short term deci-sions,daily activities like daily production, production planning ,meeting,salary,disciplane etc.
