Developing countries like India, manufacturing industries of these countries have to face challenges about the raw materials needed for the construction and the various materials are prepared for use in construction. Currently due to lack of housing for low income groups in India, a new well developed and economical method of construction is required. That's why a rapidly developing wall panel construction has been developed. It is basically a wall panel that develops from phospogypsum, which is available in various chemicals and fertilizer plants as a waste product. It is set in the direction of sustainable development. In this paper, we compare the economy between the traditional method and the fast wall method of construction based on cost and time.
