The online examination system is a web-based examination system where the examination is done online, ie via the Internet or intranet using the computer system. It is an effective solution for the evaluation of mass education.
Computers are known for their wide range of applications especially in scientific and mathematical fields. However little or nothing has been thought of designing a complete and comprehensive online intelligence examination on the evaluation of the personnel in a computer system in our immediate environment. This staff assessment examination system is designed to help the organization's management achieve a standardized sample and as such, the psychological implication of such a design is very important.
The design of the system is quite simple and easy to understand. Its flexibility makes it possible for future changes and amendments to incorporate other aspects of intelligence or to be designed for any other organization.
The question of the Online Staff Examination System is programmed and displayed visually on the system screen interactively. The staff answers the question in the computer system, immediately the question is marked and notified. The exam result is also shown at the end of the exam which goes a long way toward lessening the staff fears that were marked on the exam. Because the examination of staff assessment is examined by the computer, manual examination time is saved. Based on the virtues of the Internet amendment they have been made to the concept of exam system by building a website with online personal assessment exam, setting up online questions and answering and online management by the administrator.
