Here we offer the design and construction of a fully automatic paper cutter based on the Geneva system. Our proposed system cuts pieces of paper of the same length, based on the Geneva system. The system uses the 12V motor to run the whole system. We use shaft which is connected directly to the motor. This shaft has a connecting rod that is attached to the scissor to run the cutting machine to cut the paper. This motor shaft is connected to a sprocket which is connected to a second sprocket from a series. This sprocket is now connected to a genava mechanism wheel. This wheel is used to run the paper feed in the cutter system. Here we use the Geneva system, which is inspired by the Jade Shape Rod which connects to each other. This mechanism ensures uniform length paper feed at reasonable time intervals. The system uses a supporting frame that maintains appropriate coordination between the feed and cutting mechanism.
