The ARM7 LPC2148 Development Board is specifically designed to help students master the skills required in the area of embedded systems. The kit is designed in such a way that all possible features of the microcontroller will be easily used by students. The kit is compatible with the system programming (ISP) that is done through the serial port.
The NXP ARM7 (LPC2148) ARM Development Kit is intended to smooth the progress of development and debugging of various designs that span high-speed 32-bit microcontrollers.
Temperature sensor
DS1820 is a temperature sensor that is small sensor. The output of the converted digital sensor facilitates the connection with the microcontroller.
Interface ds1820
Fig. 1 shows how to connect the ds1820 to the microcontroller. As you can see the first pin is connected to GND, the third pin is connected to VCC and the second pin is connected to the microcontroller. So when the temperature is detecting, it gives the sensor reading to the controller.
