It would be really help full if anyone made a seminar report on laser micromachining.I couldn't find enough matter on it....please

Abstract

Minimumization is the order of the day, until a few decades ago, the traditional viewing part was considered as the subtle components, by which no one could think. Recent changes in demand of society have forced us to do biomedical implants for the creation of micro components used in various areas beginning with entertainment electronics. Micro electronic fencing techniques used for Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) are the current process procedures used for miniaturization. The limitation of all these processes is that they apply to make 2D patterns and the thickness of the parts is very low; Some microns are called and they are employed on materials such as silicon and crystalline materials and not metals. Minimum parts can have a total size of some millimeters, but there may be many features in the micron range. Apart from this, we need many small parts which can be done with 3D profiles, which are made from aerospace to biomedical applications in many areas. A new candidate with a need for micro-products is biotechnology. In the field of medicine, pain and non-diagnosis and surgery is achieved through the commute of medical devices. Micromatching is one of the major technologies that can enable the receipt of all the above mentioned requirements for micropods and the areas with such needs are expanding rapidly. If supplementary machining procedures are developed to overcome the above mentioned deficiencies, then small metal appliances can be financially practical reality. Machining procedures for manufacturing micro / meso can be obtained from conventional machining processes such as milling, drilling, grinding, EDM, laser machining, etc. through the prudent amendment of these machines. Improve unit metal removal and equipment precision, the main factors for making conventional machining processes friendly to micro machining.
