Creative Bicycle Corp. is regarded as the first organization to start a full fledged ET Department. Its ET policies are considered to be the best among the relevant organizations. It is due to the ET department that the attrition rate in Creative Bicycle Corp. is minimum among all similar organizations.
The objectives of ET depaatment at Creative Bicycle Corp. is to maximize the return on investment from the organization’s human capital and minimize financial risk. It is the responsibility of the Employee Tracking manager to conduct these activityies in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner. Employee Tracking system serves these key functions:

The ET department at Creative Bicycle Corp. has developed an effective recruitment process. It has set certain standards that need to be followed while hiring an employee. The selection process is simple and straight forward.
After an employee is selected, he has to undergo a 10 days induction program to make him aware of organization’s process. After the 10 days training, the employee becomes fully productive.
The HR department has various employee-related policies. These policies boost the employees to give 100 percent to the organization. Also, the HR department takes care of creating a harmonious environment within the organization. This helps in increasing collaboration between the employees and results in improved productivity.

The existing manual system involves maintaining large number of files. Sometimes the required is hard to find due to the frequently increasing number of employees in the company.
