It deals with the design and development of an automobile theft control system that is used to prevent / control the theft of a vehicle. The developed system makes use of an embedded system based on GSM technology. An interface mobile is also connected to the microcontroller, which in turn is connected to the motor.
Once, the vehicle is being stolen, the information is used by the owner of the vehicle for further processing. The information is passed to the central processing insurance system, where by sitting in a remote location, a particular number is marked by them to the mobile interface which is with the hardware kit that is installed in the vehicle. By reading the signals received by the mobile, the ignition of the motor can be controlled; Say to lock it or stop the engine immediately. Once again you will reach the normal condition only after entering a secure password.
The owner of the vehicle and the central processing system will know this safe password. We can modify this concept so that the owner of the vehicle can also lock the vehicle from his mobile phone. The main concept in this design is to introduce mobile communications into the embedded system. With the help of SIM tracking you know the location of the vehicle and inform the local police or stop it from further movement. The operation of this circuit depends mainly on the MEM sensor. The actual position of the MEM sensor should be 90 degrees to ground. If there is any change in the actual position of the MEM, a control signal will be given to the ADC. The ADC will convert the analog signal into the digital signal and send the digital signal to the microcontroller.
The microcontroller will send a signal to the GSM module. As GSM receives a signal from the microcontroller that informs the owner as "vehicle theft detected" through an SMS. When the owner receives the previous message, it will send a message to the GSM module to lock the motor. As the GSM receives a secret code from the owner sends a signal to the microcontroller and the microcontroller will block the motor. As this is a protocol we have shown the engine blocking by led on.
After blocking the engine, the owner may be able to find the location of the car by using signals generated by GSM. After reaching the position where the vehicle was locked, the owner enters a secret code to unlock the engine. This way we can protect the vehicles. And we can also use this as an accident sensor.
