ABSTRACT
“Job Management System” is a basic need for market today. With education system and competition in market reaching heights day by day the process of recruitment is supposed to become accurate and quick.
Our software is to provide a support to the Human Resources department a handy way to manage the job profiles and specifications. Consultancy itself is a complex job to find right job for right candidate. Our software would ease the purpose of search and assignment of jobs quicker and reliable then the static paper work used so far.
Visual Basic as a front end is used as VB is considered a relatively easy to learn and use programming language, because of its graphical development features and BASIC heritage. And as a back end Oracle 10g the relational database management system (RDBMS) which remains a major presence in database computing is used.
The purpose is to so design the application as to provide a faster, reliable and much accurate system of job assignment to the enormous man power looking for recruitment at different consulting agencies. And thus scope of improvement in regards to depth of application remains open.
