In today's world communication has become so easy because of the integration of communication technologies with the Internet. However, people with visual problems find it very difficult to use this technology due to the fact that their use requires a visual perception. Although many new developments have been implemented to help them use computers efficiently no naive user who is visually challenged can use this technology as efficiently as a normal naïve user can do that is different from normal users who require some practice To use available technologies. This document aims to develop an electronic mail system that will even help a naive visually impaired person to use communication services without prior training. The system will not allow the user to use the keyboard instead will work only in the operation of the mouse and voice conversion into text. Also this system can be used by any normal person also for example the one who is not able to read. The system is completely based on the interactive voice response that will make it easy to use and efficient to use.

The Internet plays a vital role in today's world of communication. Today the world is running on the basis of the Internet. You can not do any work without the use of the Internet. That is, email is the most important part of everyday life. But some of the people in the world today do not know how to make use of the Internet, some are blind or some are illiterate. So it is very difficult for them when they live in this world of the Internet. Nowadays there are several technologies available in this world such as screen readers, ASR, TTS, STT, etc., but these are not as efficient for them. About 39 million people are blind and 246 have low vision and also 82 people living with blindness are 50 years old and over. We have to make some Internet facilities so they can use the Internet. So, we came up with our project as a voicemail system based on blinds that will greatly help people with visual disabilities and also illiterate people to send their mails. Users of this system do not need to remember any basic information about keyboard shortcuts, as well as the location of the keys. Simple mouse click operations are necessary for functions that make the system easy to use for the user of any age group. Our system provides the location where the user is requesting through the voice so the user does not have to worry about remembering which click of the mouse operation he / she wants to achieve.
