E-SYLLUBUS SCHEDULE




Abstract:

To provide an automated lesson schedule for the faculty members in a college to view the lesson schedule and to know how far the syllabus has to be completed in time. By this application, the college management knows the current status i.e., the no. of classes completed and how far the syllabus has been completed by the faculty members.
In the currently existing system, at the starting of the semester the lesson plan is given by the faculty members. And the faculty has to fill the sheet that contains the number of classes completed, current status, actual status and the no. of lagging classes if any, and is handled to the college management for every fortnight. In the proposal system, this application is build up to make all this manual work into an automated model. By using the employee id and password, one can login to the application and can view their lesson schedules. One can update their current status and this can be compared to the already existing lesson schedule database and returns the no. of lagging classes. This all can be updated to the college management in an automated way. Hence this application provides more flexibility for the faculty members and college management.
