Scope
This document describes the scope of the requirements for the E – Rural Employment System (ERES). The document details all the high level requirements with intent to validate E – Rural Employment System requirements. This document should be used by the Architect and the developers to design the Solution Architecture for the project. In addition to this, the document also describes the broad scope of the project. The scope of the project involves the integration of a subset of all the components of current IT environment. The E – Rural Employment System (ERES) should interface with the existing Consumer Management, Employment Management and Employee Management System.
Management Summary
NREG act is a renowned government act for providing employment schemes to rural people in India. They are trying to expand their services and would like to provide various services online. One of the most in demand service is Employment and Health programmes. Every year Government launches various schemes for uplifting rural people but most of them go unnoticed due to lack of public information, this portal will educate rural mass on various government schemes and the process to apply for the same. Currently, the needy people have to go to various government offices to get the information about various schemes; still at the end they don’t get satisfactory answers. The common man has expressed wastage of time. This portal will help them get rid of this hassle. To maintain the trust and reduce the service time, the government has decided to add the service of employment, Complaint registration and various poverty elimination schemes on their web portal.
