Abstract

In electrical electronics, solid-state electronics is used for the control and conversion of electric power. The goal of electrical electronics is to find out the energy from a power source in a highly efficient, highly reliable and cost-effective way of conversion of electricity. Power Electronics Module is the main units in the power electronics system. These modules include the integration of electric switch and drive control and electronic circuits related to security and other passive components. During the last decades, electrical appliances achieved improvements over generation generation and now it can control important power density. On the other hand, electricity electronics packaging has not kept pace with the development of semiconductor devices. This is due to the limitations of the power electronics circuit, the integration of electrical electronics circuits is significantly different than other electronics circuits. The purpose of the power electronics circuit is electronics energy processing and therefore requires high power handling and proper thermal management.
